Today we visited the garden furniture department in the cross hands store. The sales person who dealt with us was Rhian Thomas who went above and beyond what was expected .She was very professional and explained everything to us regarding our purchase.She also dealt with a query we had regarding a previous purchase which wasn't even from her department .Thankyou for all your expertise Rhian .

From the initial consultation with Rony, delivery by Dan and Rob to installation by the AMAZING Darren and his team, we have been so impressed by our bathroom refit.

Despite working in 30+ degrees the work rate has been incredible. Darren is a knowledgeable, hard working, professional, punctual and polite perfecionist!

Had a phone call this morning to say the delivery will be between 8.30 & 9.30. Dan & Dai arrived, delivered into the house & were gone by 8.50. What a pleasant pair of gentlemen. I have always rated Leekes highly, but the delivery guys surpassed themselves. Thank you very much.

The staff (Danielle & Lauren) at the Mezz Cafe in Llantrisant were very friendly, helpful and kind. The Latte was very nice and I'll definitely be going again for another one soon. Thanks guys, came in for tiles ended up having a cuppa and really enjoyed it.

We recently visited the Melksham branch on two occasions with a view to buying a king-size mattress. The helpful, professional, relaxed approach and the excellent advice from Glenn was most useful and much appreciated. Thanks very much.

Bought some garden furniture. Sales person Alex was very approachable, helpful and knowledgable. Very pleased with the service he gave.

Called into leekes in llantrisant to have a look around and ended up buying a 3 piece settee . The sales lady Sue Barcello couldn’t have been more helpful and made it a pleasant experience.

I visited the Bilston store Leekes looking for some extra deep bed sheets. I was very particular on what I wanted and could not find it on the shelves. I could not find any so I went to leave the store but the assistant on the till said have a nice day and I told her I could not find what I was looking for. She then asked what it was I wanted and explained they do sell them, but might not be in the colour I wanted. She then proceeded to take me down to the department, showed me the different ranges and they do in fact sell what I was after
She showed me the different makes and colours and even though there was a limited range she still took time to help and assist me. I would have purchased on her given attitude and effort however they didn't have the size I wanted, but the colour would have been perfect. She proceeded to encourage me to write down the needed information or take pictures: which i did: and have a look online and I was happy knowing I could find some if ever needed to In the future
She was happy and positive in the way she spoke and seemed to know the products, even looking at the material make.
After searching for this item for a long time, even though they did not have what I needed, she reassured me in her time and assurance and she is a credit to the store
She wrote down the store number on my paper and told me to ask for her if I changed my mind on the colour. Her name was Courteney
I would recommend Leekes Bilston with the service I had and would definitely shop again

I went to leekes in melksham today to look with my brother for a new mattress, Glenn was so helpful, he took his time and explained everything, so we went ahead and purchased one, Then Ady came to help us he to was helpful and so we bought bedding etc, well done both of you ,and thank you.
